ghettonito - bro can you teach me how to mix colors in photoshop like a skin type of color.. I know how to draw but im having difficulties mixing colors actually im so horrible in mixing colors i just want to learn digital painting.

there are few ways of doing it. you should try using smudge tool. with low enough opacity it should be a good start.
mizunosuke - forget what I said about smudge tool.
Adjust the opacity and flow of the brush tool
to whatever works for you, and blend the colors with similar tones.
AdrenalynnXXX - hmmm not so sure about the similar tones bit, it depends what kind of skin colour it is. if its a warmish skin tone then reds and browns blended with salmony colours is best, but if its pale and quite cold then light blues and dark reds and purples work best.
mizunosuke - What I meant by tone is that for an instant, if you want to use burnt umber mixed with tiny bit of cobalt blue as the darkest skin tone, then the mid skin tone would have to be the color with the close enough intensity to avoide having hard edge. When colors with high and low intensity are mixed together with medium opacity, it creates a mid tone by itself.
